Ijabo Kawa exists to connect two things that are usually kept apart: exceptional coffee and the training to build a livelihood around it. We roast beans that honor their origin, and we teach the craft behind every cup so the industry grows stronger from the ground up.

The People

Built by roasters, baristas, and educators

Ijabo Kawa is led by a small team of coffee professionals who have worked farms, roasteries, and cafés across the region. What unites us is a refusal to separate quality from generosity we want every partner, student, and customer to leave better than they arrived.

Our founder started behind a single espresso machine, training staff by hand. That same hands-on ethos now runs through every consultancy project, every event, and every Academy lesson.
